Behavior Technician Opportunities: In-Home
Shine Your Star ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians! We have multiple openings for in-home, in Georgetown, Ipswich, and Merrimac MA! We provide in-home services in the Merrimack Valley. This role is a great chance to make a difference in the lives of young children with special needs.
What You'll Do:
- Follow behavior plans created by the supervisor
- Work one-on-one with children
- Collect data on behaviors
- Collaborate with the care team
- Keep accurate notes
What You Need:
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism
- Understanding of behavior therapy techniques
- Ability to follow care plans
- Basic skills in data collection
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Certification in behavior management is a plus
