Schedule:
After-school hours, starting around 4:00 PM (weekday availability required)

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support communication, social skills, play skills, and daily routines
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
- Collect and record session data
- Collaborate with supervising BCBA and participate in training
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred but not required)
- Passion for working with children with autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
